During New York State On Pause, my hair became a bit crazy. Thankfully, Sport Clips in Liverpool opened back up this past week and saved the day! I have tended to be extra cautious about steps to avoid catching COVID-19, but the precautions taken by Sport Clips were incredible and made me feel very safe. Best of all was being back in the chair chatting with and getting a haircut from my favorite stylist, Brittany. She always does an amazing job and is very friendly and personable, and this time was no exception! Despite her face shield making it hard to see and the fact that she had the ear loops from my face mask to contend with, Brittany gave me a fantastic cut and even incorporated some of my new length into the style. Thanks, Sport Clips, for helping to bring back a little bit of "normal" in a safe way, and for hiring such great stylists!

The online check-in worked well, was able to track the wait. The wait was shorter than originally stated and the app kept me up to date. I received a text letting me know that it would be 15 minutes which gave me enough time to show up without having to wait too long once I arrived.
Once I arrived was greeted at the door and was told it would be a few minutes. After a few minutes, they checked me in took my temperature. I was then greeted by Ana who was very pleasant and professional. As she proceeded with my haircut we had a good conversation as well she kept checking that she was doing my hair the way I liked.
The whole process was quick, friendly, and professional. With this being the first day since the reopen with new restrictions they did a great job navigating the challenges and the extra pressure.

My experience for my haircut, during this difficult pandemic time, was outstanding. The procedures used for cleanliness and safety for all concerned was exemplary. My stylist, Amanda H, was professional, in all facets of the haircut - she easily explained all procedures as they happened. I am most appreciative of the excellent cut I received and the outcome when finished. Coming to your facility was a definite plus - thank you!

Went on the second day of their reopening from the pandemic closure. They were very well organized, met all of the recommendations for customer safety, and I was in and out within 30 minutes . I made an online appointment, arrived at the suggested time , waited about 10 minutes outside and then it was my turn. Customers were in every other booth, everyone was masked and safely attired. And I lost about a pound of hair. A great day in the life of an old guy.
Your safety precautions were wonderful was a little nervous sitting in the sun and then having my temperature taken on my forehead on the way in. Otherwise no problems whatsoever
