Like the online checkin, where I can see where's available and head to that shop and get a fine hair cut. This particular visit, I very much enjoyed the company of the stylist. General not much of a sharing person but she was quite intelligent and knowledgeable about way more than just hair styles. Lori Espinoza, was also quite skilled in her styling. I don't like to let random unexperienced stylists trim the beard but she was confident and skilled. I can appreciate that a whole lot!

Constantly great cuts even when your favorite stylist is off or not there. Love the history of the way you want the same cut that you always want, at least until you want a change. I really have only one complaint & that is your appointment scheduleing process. Can you fix it?

You have a choice of services, you have a choice of hair stylists, they use great products (Paul Mitchell) and the prices are all fair. The technology to check wait times before you leave your house is awesome. I am a fan of their business model.
