Quality stylist
The stylists are friendly and well trained in customer service, as they have provided me with great cuts every time. 99% of them have asked the questions to be sure to know what I want in a haircut. They make sure at the end if there is anything else I want done and if I'm satisfied with their service. I have one suggestion. When I'm pressed for time it would be great if they had a small vacuum to eliminate the small hairs that remain in my hair. Keep up the excellent standards at your locations in Palm Springs and Palm Desert. Thank you from the top of my scalp.

Rachel is hands down the Best and I mean the Best at what she does. When I walk in to have my hair cut and beard trim I’m greeted with the feeling as if I w as a celebrity haha I know I’m not but it makes me feel like a VIP. Rachel always and every time makes me feel like home and I swear coming here is like a Man cave. I go in looking like Chewbacca and leave feeling and looking like Tom Cruise lol….

I continue to come back to SportClips because of the fantastic customer service they provide. The team is always so friendly that makes the atmosphere at this location phenomenal! There are times where I want to try something new and I know I can always try new haircuts here because the staff takes care of you really well! They want you to be happy with the experience and the final look and that is something that is exceptionally valuable from a business. Billie was beyond amazing providing suggestions for a new hairstyle when I wanted to try something new. She would ask questions to figure out what it was that I was looking to try out. She also suggested great products that would work well with the new style I was going for. Thank you Billie for my recent haircut! It was greatly appreciated and loved :) I definitely recommend this location and all of the team members would be a phenomenal choice to receive your haircut by!
