I had no wait and received a great haircut. I appreciate all the tools being clean and love the hot face towel while I’m getting my hair washed. The only thing I was disappointed to hear was that the triple play is no longer offered. The MVP is great but I don’t need the up charge for a 20 second shoulder massage with a massager, if it was a deep tissue massage like you used to offer that would be great.
