I like the pre-check-in option on the app (though arrival timing could be a bit more accurate!), but especially the staff. Myles is so friendly and talented. He listened and delivered a perfect haircut. I am fussy so that means a lot. Pricing, especially for seniors, is reasonable and that is very much appreciated.
Le is simply the best. She continues to provide me with exactly the haircut I want with a smile on her face. Her positive attitude and attention to detail is fantastic. Le also recommended he Double Header shampoo and beard oil which has made a world of difference for my hair and face. The scented hot towel with and scalp massage is amazing, I could fall asleep during this treatment.
