I have been going to this Sports shop for almost 5 years and have never been disappointed with a cut and I have had at least 6 different cutters. Mine & my husbands girl is Lauren and she is the best for both of us. We have come up with our best plan to not have to wait so long and both get Lauren to do our cut. We just get there first and wait at the door. We HATE your appointment system. Worst I have ever had to deal with. Can't you all come up with a normal type system?
