I needed a haircut and walked by the Sports Clip in Palm Springs on Ramon Road. I went in and asked about a haircut and was told that it would be just a few minutes wait. I picked up a flyer that told all about the haircuts and before I could even finish it they called my name and said they were ready for me. I had thought I would ask about the MVP service but was asked before I could ask! Long story short I had the best haircut I've ever had! Love the service and the price is awesome! I will be back and will let others know where to get a great haircut and experience. Thanks for providing great customer service!

I'm extremely happy now that Sport Clips will be open until 7 PM on weekdays and until 6 PM on Saturdays. Sports Clips was basically only open during the hours that I was at work, so for close to a year I wasn't able to really get haircuts here. I am looking forward to getting the sort of consistent, positive haircut experience that I was previously enjoying from Palm Desert Sport Clips location moving forward!
I would personally suggest that you mass email or otherwise notify your clients about the revised hours of operation. I was unaware that Sport Clips had longer hours again, and I suspect your other clients don't know this either.

service was amazing. I felt like a brand new man after walking out of the Spring St. location. Le was my stylist and we got to speak a little Vietnamese as well, which she understood, which I don't often have the opportunity to do these days.
Each time I have gone to this shop, they took plenty of time to do a real good job. Each time my hair was cut with care and precision. I never got the feeling that they were trying to rush so they can do as many people as possible that day!
