The place was clean, the associates were friendly. I love that the website is sleek and useful, the webcams work, and are good quality. I also love that the floor is rubber, so it’s a bit nicer on my pup’s feet than the usual concrete, and that traditional crates are used for overnight stays.

Dogtopia is great. The staff is engaged with all the dogs and always keeping a close eye on them. The dogs play all day and come home happy and tired. Facility is clean and well taken care of.

We love how excited our pup is every time we tell her where she is going! We have tried four daycares over the years, and Dogtopia is definitely our favorite! The staff are all amazing, and each has a deep love for dogs that shows through their work. We appreciate how communicative everyone is. Eloise (our dog) loves all the extra pets and attention she gets. It makes our day so much easier, knowing that she is happy, safe and in good hands. Thanks for all you do!

They are very concerned about making sure your pup is safe. My pup had so much fun because he found another dog with his energetic play style. That’s another thing I like; the dogs are grouped according to size and temperament.

Everyone that works here is so nice! I’m a helicopter mom, so I’m always checking on my girl and they are quick to reply and give me all the details!! I love being able to watch on the live video as well, the employees are always doing great with the pups! So thankful for this place.

The staff was amazing! Upon my first visit, my dog’s vet records were incorrect. The staff members were very patient and understanding. One even offered to entertain my dog while I called the vet to clarify everything. In the end, it all worked out and I was able to get to work on time. They also provided follow-up during her first visit. Overall, I felt like the staff cared about me and my dog.

The staff I had communication with from the very beginning has been fantastic! I received a text that my dog passed his meet and greet testing within 20 minutes of me leaving the facility. They are extremely knowledgeable, personable and genuinely interested in your needs and concerns. My dog Otis, played hard his first day & the staff were very attentive as I watched on the doggie cam.
