Everything from dropping Coco off to pick up is seamless, quick and fun. The staff are friendly and get the sense that they genuinely care for all the pets that are there. I love that they are on top of their vaccine checks. Everyone is accountable and responsible to ensure that health records are upto date. Which, for me is a huge thing! It keeps every safe. I like that they wipe Coco of before I take her home, makes me feel assured that she is looked after. The video camera ulis the most reassuring and was a deal breaker for where I send her to daycare. Our dog is so happy to go, and all the staff are so friendly. It's also great to be able to see our dog via the video feed, and see her playing with other dogs and running after balls.

Friendly staff, excellent service and wonderful care. My Dog likes to announce himself on arrival but in spite of the barking is always greeted with a smile. Zara does a fantastic job grooming as well - I couldn't believe how comfortable she made my anxious dog feel!

The staff is friendly and engaging - with the dogs and pet parents. They have me confidence to leave my dog in their hands. It truly feels like they care.

I took my pet for the first time to daycare and I must say the experience was amazing. I was well informed what to expect on the first day of meet and greet, followed by the tour of place where our pet will be staying and how the coaches will take care of them. I was also given access to the live video for the duration of my pet stay.

I will suggest to add more stable video streaming as most of the time it was either frozen or slow.

Overall it was a great experience and will definitely bring my pet back:)
