All the process was very good, the only point that they miss to get the 10 was they didn't ensure that the hotel that they reserved had not the kitchen that I requested to cook my own meals and the payment, because the people of the reception was not aware that the room was already paid and the charge was made to my personal credit card.

Our needs were met during the job change. I needed a temporary place for my wife and I and our dog. A place suitable for us was located and setup in a relatively short amount of time.
