Your person was on time, efficient, answered my questions, gave me instructions of when I could get back on the carpet, provided booties for me to wear during the first 8 hours after the treatment, was careful not to damage anything while performing the treatment and very capable. We have had Zerorez clean our carpets on several occasion. Each time, we have been completely satisfied with the exceptional process that is used when cleaning. There is no odor, soap residue and carpets stay fresher longer. In addition, the professional manner in which the workers perform the task from entry to exit of the home is superior to other cleaning companies. The equipment used is clean and care is given to make sure no damage is done to walls and trim. There is no other cleaning method which we would ever employ to clean our carpet.
