Love the water fitness classes
I appreciate being able to swim laps for exercise. I have not utilized other areas of the facility yet.
There's everything there a person would want. there's bike classes, karate, aerobics classes, weight room, basketball court, swimming pool, a large room with different walking machines and bike machines, an outside field for soccer and other events. They also have a room where you can leave your child and a lounge area near the front of the entrance. You name it they have it.
Excellent instructors, large variety of classes to choose from. Extremely clean safe environment.

The Y is very clean and inviting. Staff are friendly and responsive. There is a great variety of group fitness options and the instructors are great.

Good machines/equipment , good a/c. Great staff! Not too crowded.
Recently adding more hours of operation during the week and on the weekend has been a huge plus. making the facility hours of operation much better to meet members schedules during the week and on the weekend to use the facility Also, the staff are very professional, welcoming and the facility is kept very clean compared to other gyms. in the area.

Enjoy the outdoor pool. The instructors are very knowledgeable about the excercise, are very personable knowing each person's name. Also attend the Active Living class on Friday. The instructor is thorough and fun to learn from.

So much to do for my age group! & staff & the people I’ve met are friendly & fun. I like the senior room & the information you offer. I plan to make 4 classes a week. Not into swimming yet.Sincerly

LOVE Heather, the 5:30 am BodyPump instructor.
One of the trainers has helped my highschool son and his friends concerning weight lifting techniques and new exercises. I think his name is Ben. For a 16 year old like my son to tell me he likes going to the YMCA because everyone is so supportive no matter what level you are at is awesome!! Keep up the great work. Brian

The instructors of the classes are very qualified and friendly. The classes are what keeps me a YMCA member.

Really like active adult living classes! Would love to see them back at 3 days a week. Love the senior activities, great interaction with people our own age. Donna does a great job!
