Enjoy the outdoor pool. The instructors are very knowledgeable about the excercise, are very personable knowing each person's name. Also attend the Active Living class on Friday. The instructor is thorough and fun to learn from.

So much to do for my age group! & staff & the people I’ve met are friendly & fun. I like the senior room & the information you offer. I plan to make 4 classes a week. Not into swimming yet.Sincerly

LOVE Heather, the 5:30 am BodyPump instructor.
One of the trainers has helped my highschool son and his friends concerning weight lifting techniques and new exercises. I think his name is Ben. For a 16 year old like my son to tell me he likes going to the YMCA because everyone is so supportive no matter what level you are at is awesome!! Keep up the great work. Brian

The instructors of the classes are very qualified and friendly. The classes are what keeps me a YMCA member.

Really like active adult living classes! Would love to see them back at 3 days a week. Love the senior activities, great interaction with people our own age. Donna does a great job!

I'm a new member, but I really enjoy going to the Y. The people are friendly, the facilities are nice, it is clean, and I can always get a swim lane when I go!
