Lunch and Learns are good. Would like more variety.
It would be nice if people would not "just sit' on the machines and "play" with their cell phones. So many times I have had to wait for someone to finish with their phones (NOT exercising) so then I can use the machine.
I love body pump. The instructors are terrific. I hope to take yoga or Pilates soon
Love the senior exercise classes BUT they are overcrowded. Need a bigger room where we can move better.
I love most of the group classes! There's not a single instructor I don't like. They are all great, well prepared, professional. Love the Y!
Varied activities and difficulty. Great instructors. I enjoy the aqua aerobics and the strength classes and barre. Wish there were more TRX or maybe in the early morning or afternoon, another session of senior athletic circuit and more aqua classes.
I like the amenities and the personal training! Jenna is wonderful. Good all around experience.

All the staff are super friendly and always willing to help with any questions or helpful tips throughout your exercising journey. I take the HIIT cycling classes and absolutely love the class and the instructors. They really take the time and effort to help us so much, such wonderful people. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.
Lots of options. Childcare is consistently available, even on the weekends. Lots of classes. Sauna.
The instructors are outstanding and the variety of classes keeps me engaged and challenged.

Every instructor is truly awesome. The different activities, senior to kids is also awesome. The heated pool is as equality awesome, Plenty of space ,equipment ,exercises .Plenty of bikes and others machines. you get a nine/10. The one thing to improve is the floors It worries me ,of delicate shape and health,dusty corners and behind the machines seems to always have that .So we have to breath this dust and who knows what else?!?!?!Your name carries a certain good rep, and so does LWR so lets not change that .Lets pick up the corners and reclaim clean.
