I have not been part of any of the programs or activities, but I do love the gym and the fact that they have so many options. It’s also a very large gym. Highly recommend.

Lunch and Learns are good. Would like more variety.
It would be nice if people would not "just sit' on the machines and "play" with their cell phones. So many times I have had to wait for someone to finish with their phones (NOT exercising) so then I can use the machine.
I love body pump. The instructors are terrific. I hope to take yoga or Pilates soon
Love the senior exercise classes BUT they are overcrowded. Need a bigger room where we can move better.
I love most of the group classes! There's not a single instructor I don't like. They are all great, well prepared, professional. Love the Y!
Varied activities and difficulty. Great instructors. I enjoy the aqua aerobics and the strength classes and barre. Wish there were more TRX or maybe in the early morning or afternoon, another session of senior athletic circuit and more aqua classes.

I've been a member since LWR opened. I have taken many classes through the years. As I've aged and can't do classes like I used to , there is still the gym where I work out with my own routine. My daughters and granddaughters have made use of all the classes too.
