I love the water aerobics classes and would like more suspended platies classes.
My husband uses the elliptical and other equipment. We find the Y to be clean, friendly. You have so many choices for classes and equipment.
I like the active older adult classes taught by Jenn and Rosemary. Great exercise and fellowship.
My wife and I are beyond happy with our time at the Y. Great facility’s that are well kept with friendly staff.

Good variety of programs. Good open hours
I haven’t taken much part in the programs or activities just due to time, I typically only get about an hour and a half to visit the gym due to my schedule.
I do group fitness and spin and the instructors cue very well and look and are so fit. It’s motivating.
I enjoy the Dance Trance classes as well as the WERQ class. Have been attending dance trance for 17 years

I attend the cardio splash class and I enjoy it.
I have asked for a 30 minute spin class, but this has never been done. I’ve done this at other gyms and I liked it.
Lots of different classes scheduled at all times of the day to make to easy to find a class you like at a convenient time.
The instructors very nice and friendly also very good which makes the workout

Senior exercise programs 3x a week are very important as is the pool. Very good equipment.
Impressive children’s’ camps.
Please get the hot tub reactivated.
I suggest having more talks midday on health and safety related topics.
Variety of classes, times and instructors. Staff is always friendly and helpful with questions. The new upgrades are fantastic.
