Nice staff and good clean environment
I am aware of the programs and activities but don’t participate. I regularly use cardio equipment such as stationary bikes and treadmills. Also a series of upper body resistance machines. I spent about 1-1.5 hours there 3/4 days a week.

I really enjoy the group activities. I just don't like when there's too many people in a class. The only down side about that is i would never get in a class.
The instructor's need to help more on form when lifting weights. A lot of times I am showing people how to lift, so they don't hurt themselves.

Group classes are all excellent!!! Instructors are 10+, space is at minimum above average.
I hesitate to sing the Y’s praises to newbies b/c of overcrowded space, especially in the parking lot.

Love the Tai Chi class. But it’s become so popular, you need a bigger space for it.
