This YMCA saved my life. At 77 years of age I had lost a lot of muscle mass and strength. Last week on a trip to Moab, Utah; I was intrigued by petroglyphs on a mountain and tried to climb up to them. The trails were not in good shape and I was forced to climb up and down rocks. This was very tenuous and I tired quickly at the altitude. Without the new found strength from the body pump classes I would not have made it down the steep rock face.
Glad I made it and know the new strength gained in April permitted me to survive the climb and descent.
I enjoy the pool, spa , & exercise equipment. The service & Life guards have been very helpful.
The pool is why I go there and I enjoy it very much but this year is the worse so far for pool Maintenace. It's terrible and I wish it could get fixed by a professional . what happens that pay for it and can't use it? Don't get me wrong I enjoy it but I need to use it. Sandy

Pilates, Tabata, Yoga. Please rearrange schedule so that Chair Yoga so that it does not follow Gentle Yoga. Thanks
