the camp is great and I know my child is safe. However the admin and office part of this organization is by far the worst I have ever dealt with. They are disorganized, updates are not made across the programs, or even the events and as a result you are forced to be threatened with loss of services and have to redo the same tasks over and over. The correspondences is poor at best with the admin office, they are slow to respond and answers are always incomplete. There is no way to contact any person to resolve anything quickly so we are stuck waiting, and as I discovered today, I missed an unknown deadline due to the inability to get any service support. This program should invest in a technology program that actually works, and up their game in customer service. You are no longer a small team working out of the separate locations and a file cabinet.

We are just appreciative of all of the activities. That your child is able to get out and enjoy the outdoors along with other kids her age. We especially like that the YMCA incorporates swimming lessons on a daily basis.

My son has fun all day every day, while making friends and getting exercise!

My Grandkids love the YMCA they tell me everyday how much fun they have. They went last year and could hardly wait for the camp to begin this summer . Each week there is something new for them to do and try. Thank you for all the staff and counselors out there helping kids have a wonderful summer

Swim lessons

I felt that the activities were fun and age appropriate. I liked that my kid got to swim and do different activities during the day. I also liked the weekly themes. I would have loved to have more detail about how they were doing each day-what they ate what they did how they did etc.

Camp Winnipeg is amazing! My daughter comes home exhausted and happy every day after camp. Mary is a fantastic communicator and the staff are welcoming and caring. Patrick Henry Y does a fantastic job in their day camp & sports camps! Keep it up!

Organized drop off and pick up, engaged and invested camp staff, fun activities, love the old school camp vibes!

Sports Camp is fantastic as well and my kids have enjoyed their time learning from Yanna and her staff!

The staff at Camp Winnipeg is awesome! They go above and beyond for campers, and my twin boys absolutely love every moment of the program.

Variety of activities offered and the availability of sports/traditional camp combo. I would like to see a soccer only option and more STEM/STEAM camps offered in Hanover Co, seems like all of the non-traditional camps (cooking, LEGO, etc) are offered in Chesterfield or Henrico only. We really would have liked have participated in those types of camp close to home.

Very fun! The counselors are awesome my son love it!!!! Is an amazing experience see my kiddo happy and excited to attend to camp every day ❣️

Kids really enjoyed themselves and liked the different themes for each week. Counselors were very kind and worked well with the kids!

Drop off is taking too long to get through for a parent trying to get to work. Multiple parents are waiting with no kids in the car (kid is dropped off but parent doesn't move). The line is one child checked in at a time. Can these parents be directed to a parking spot or is there a way to have multiple kids unload while the parents keep moving? Can there be additional support or back up staff ready to assist. Most mornings it's only been one person and if she has to deal with an issue then everyone else in line has to wait until it's resolved and the line moves up.

There is a good variety of activiites (and enjoyment!) based on our camper's feedback.
