We have only attended open gym on Sunday mornings but we love that the Y offers the flexibility of open gym!! My daughter loves going and always has a great time!

I enjoy the stay fit class and wish it was 3 days a week. I also enjoy the Zumba gold but have been unable to attend because of a knee injury. Hopefully I'll be back to it soon. I also use the machines upstairs a couple of times a week.

Gym
All front desk employees are very welcoming and efficient. The courts are clean and I will continue to have fun at pickleball. After the New Year, I will be participating in more classes that are offered.
The classes are typically good. I've taken fitness with Monica on M and W at 9:15 and Zumba Gold with Robin at 10:30.
The weight room is quiet in the mornings. When I asked for the TVs to be turned down when the sound was on, the staff did that.
In the afternoons, the teenage boys are on the machines and/or on their phones, which is sometimes frustrating.
The front desk staff is always friendly and helpful.
I like the availability of wipes to clean the machines before and after use. I wish others would always use them, too.
I like the Saugus Y very much.
I joined in order to okay pickleball. You can play almost every day. Lots of competition and fun🏓👍

Everything, from the way I am greeted by the ladies at the reception desk until the time I leave after spending some time on Life Fitness machines.
Staff is friendly. Environment is clean. My daughter loves to run wild and free and we are very appreciative of the opportunity to do so.
