Excellent and caring instructors. Great class offerings. I'd like to see a second chair Pilates class added in Lynn.
I am so impressed by the variety of expensive exercise equipment and the swimming pools also the basketball court. All the Y staff are excellent and do a good job keeping this stuff sanitary and clean.
The Lynn Y is a spectacular structure that could easily be the set for a movie. Such professional staff. Thanx guys,,, J
I appreciate the warm welcome from ALL Demakes YMCA staff members! I have visited this Y both at the old facility and the new one. Thank you for the great two-week membership deal of $28. I took advantage of this offer every day. My typical workout is a cardiovascular one with the elliptical. ALL machines were in working order (One did not have sound, but my phone took care of that.)...and this YMCA was very clean!
I especially want to thank Isis and Jason as they were the two staff members who assisted me the most. They exhibited professionalism and courtesy, as did all other staff members.
Thank you for making this visit another enjoyable one. I promise to return when making another trip from San Francisco!

Clean Gym. Friendly staff. Good equipment. I particularly liked the ample racks for squat/Olympic lifting and the generous amount of free weights.
Staff are friendly and helpful, facilities and equipment are clean and plentiful, it's not crowded, and I enjoy all the classes I've taken there.

Yes! The program is very completely.
I absolutely love the pool. The lifeguards are great especially the ones that play music. The pool is always perfect temperature and pretty clean. I wish they would clean the deck better Also the ladies locker room could be cleaner. I am sooo disappointed that the steam room is still not working. It has been quite awhile and we miss it!! I would be remiss if I didn’t mention the people that man the front desk. Always a smile and a nice greeting and always there to help
So far I've enjoyed the use of your swimming pool. The facilities are spotless and there are staff everywhere! Great job!

I like the New Lynn YMCA - Demakes because its location is convenient, clean, accessible parking lot. The trainers and teachers are very professional. It is a great space to be healthy and connect with others.

I enjoy water aerobics and enhanced fitness and both chair yoga and chair pilates and also the front desk staff very friendly. all in all a pleasant place to be a member
I recommend it for anyone a lot activities for the kids
!. I have my own routine involving 11 machines and the long track; but can report numerous positive comments from those participating in the organized activities.
2. The spaciousness of the exercise areas, the air conditioning, and the responsible wiping down of the equipment by almost all users enables me to feel safe from Covid.
3. The friendliness of staff and users from locker room to exercise area makes me feel very welcome at our Y.

The group exercise is fun, balanced, and inspiring. I love being with a live, energetic, knowledgeable, vivacious instructor, and a crowd who is happy to be there! All that energy keeps me going, and smiling!
