customer service and above all the flexibility of schedules
The people in the YMCA are very nice and the gym has all the stuff to workout and to have the best time.
I like the pool, the mind-body room, the steam room, sauna, and the reciprocity with Melrose. I like that the Y is close to work, too.
Facility is clean, staff are friendly
Pool helps me a lot for the time being...
Great programs available for families. Some upkeep issues are not addressed in a timely manner.
The facilities are phenomenal! The only disappointing experience is how there is no aquatics supervisor on the weekends.
have had some incidents on Saturday mornings (with my daughters swim instructor) & I am told how there are no supervisors on the weekends. I leave my concerns & no one has bothered to call me back or follow up.
Great facilities, excellent staff. Good sized class for swimming instruction and learning in a safe envrionment.
I like the wet area. Good facilities in general and long hours.
This space has allowed me to be my healthiest self in a long time! Clean and spacious. Friendly staff!
The only thing I’ve done is a personal coach for several weeks. I enjoyed having someone to motivate me and teach me proper technique.
Everything is good
I mainly come in to swim and hope in the near future to take advantage of of the classes.
Convenience.
I like the swimming class for kids because you have many instructor and the class is more personalized.
My kids have different teachers, the ones that are awesome are Chris, Melanie and Isabel.
They go above and beyond trying to have the kids to accommodate and feelings safe in the water. They encourage them to swim when they feel afraid or distracted.
I really hope that in the future the classes are extended to 45 min or hour.
Thanks!
Amount of time slots to choose from, as well as the instructors who are great.
Staff are friendly. We love the adventure zone!
Small group sizes for lessons, attentive staff, friendly
My instructors I think they bring a lot to the table. Not just group exercises but we have become a family. Truly find myself belonging to a great group of people. YMCA stands for You, Must, Care for All ..
I would like to add maybe a dancing class with music for FUN. Music from the 70’s 80’s can bring joy.
The word HOPE, JOY and LAUGHTER and a STRONGER body.

Watching daughter learn real life skills!
New facility
Variety of options and activities with time options.
I like the friendly reception when you enter the building especially Yaiya.
Variety
I love the program but lately it has been hard to get instructors don’t understand but I hope they can solve this problem. I love the YMCA I have a senior membership which allows me to interact with people and do various exercise routines and not stay at home inactive or being sedentary, as a senior it good for your mind plus it keeps you from settling in front of the TV
I hope we can get our Pilates. I try to go every day. Talking to some of the seniors in my class also feel the way I do love the place.
