Mathnasium has given my daughter her enthusiasm back when it comes to math. She always has a smile when she goes and when I pick her up. Her instructors are friendly, helpful and encouraging.

The environment is conducive for learning and staff are very helpful and supportive in ensuring the children gain a mastery of the mathematical concepts.

Our son benefitted greatly from expert help at Mathnasium. He needed math help and the specific type of instruction, support, and coaching from people who work in that area. Our son worked online at home. The tools were more than adequate to allow him to complete the operations in the exercises.

My son hated math and thought he was just not smart enough. He certainly doesn't love math yet, but he looks forward to going to Mathnasium. He is seeing progression and that his effort does pay off.

So far the program at Mathnasium has been great for my kid! The staff is very friendly and welcoming of LGBTQ+ youth. The location is clean and there is always parking available. The website is accessible and handy. We especially appreciated the little goodies put out for the kids to take when they leave. The free treat helps to create that wonderful dopamine effect that boosts my kid's positive response to math and attending Mathnasium. I also appreciate the staff that assist with the text support tool, it's been a great relief to have when arranging our schedule. 10/10 I would recommend it!

I had read some of the testimonials from other families – noting the reports that their child was excited to attend and had found a new love for math. To say I was sceptical that this would be the case for my child would be an understatement. However, I could not have been more wrong – He counts the days until his next session, loves to learn math concepts, and has improved his marks in class in a short time period! Thank-you!!!!

Mathnasium has been key to my son’s success in Grade 7 and into Grade 8. My son looks forward to going on his call and has even expressed feeling confident in class as he had already covered the topics at Mathnasium.

Hannah struggled with math through covid, online learning did help the situation. She left the school year feeling frustrated and that it was her fault or something was wrong with her that she was unable to grasp concepts. Starting with the basics and building mastery in early concepts has diminished her negative thoughts towards math and she wants to go to her mathnasium appointments. It’s a process, and we will get her there. As a mom not fighting to get her to take an interest in her own education is gold. Now to find a similar for writing.

We have only been enrolled for a short time and I can see the change in our daughter. She looks forward to each class. We have received great feedback along the way as well.

Having Mathnasium has made my daughter feel less alone in her math struggles. With the change in her attitude and growth in her confidence, the stress once associated with math for her has all bit disappeared; she understands now that it’s okay to take her time to learn new concepts, it doesn’t measure her intellect. She enjoys the teaching staff very much, everyone is warm and patient. Seeing her smile during math is amazing.
