This is easily the best bike shop I’ve worked with. I have two other bike shops only about 25 and 35 minutes from me, but I still choose to drive an hour to come here because the quality of service is worth it.

The staff is knowledgeable, honest, helpful, and clearly takes pride in their work. I always feel confident that my bike is being taken care of properly. It is rare to find a shop you trust this much, and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and professional bike service.

Staff is amazing Christina made me feel comfortable on the test ride enough so that I bought a more expensive bike and very knowledgeable on recommendations for gear and tips. Brandon amazing tuning it up and giving helpful information to learn more about cycling safely and Dan very friendly guy and enjoy his conversations making the shop feel welcoming and like family.

Matt was very attentive and informative the minute I walked in the door. He listened to my needs and showed me options. I had done some research and he was happy to expand my knowledge on the bicycles I was interested. There was no hard sale. I left there to think about my options. Once our decision was made I simply called Matt and he worked his magic to get our bikes to the shop within two days which worked out perfectly because we were on a crunch to get them in order to take them with us on vacation. I am in my fifties and have decided to start biking after having not been on a bike in 30 years. It can be intimidating entering a shop under these circumstances but the staff was so welcoming and informative i immediately felt at ease. They have allowed me to be excited about this next chapter in my life.

Excellent service from start to finish! They serviced both my bike and my daughter’s bike quickly and at a very fair price. What really stood out was their willingness to go above and beyond…they helped load the bikes back onto my Jeep and even took the time to show me how to properly use my bike rack. Friendly, helpful, and professional. I highly recommend them and will definitely be back for future bike service needs.
