i cancelled my husbands and my membership when covid hit and you couldnt go to the gym
i have been trying since the first of April to have my membership dues and my husbands yearly fee returned also no fee for cancellation
i have talked to three different people since April the last time was the first of September
they all said the paperwork was done but i still havent received any reinburstment

i like ufit i go with a group of ladies three times a week my husband works out by himself while i am there when covid hit ufit had to close down since things in Virginia are open one day and closed the next i would rather close out my account and go back the first of the year if possiblei
i do not want the monies to be in escrow at ufit i would rather start fresh in 2021

What makes you feel comfortable returning?

Personally, I felt that our facility was well equipped with temperature readings upon entry, and sanitary wipes throughout the gym. As long as there are sanitary wipes and hand sanitizer, and signs to maintain 6ft distance from other members as much as possible then I would be more than happy with that!
