Covid made me quit I tried to start back and yall were closed due to covid so I had the payment stop from my bank. Then after 3 months yall opened back up I went to the gym in August and spoke with Christian to let him know I canceled and that when covid is completely gone I will be back. He stated my account was closed and there was nothing else too do.
Before COVID, I always saw staff cleaning. I’ve been to other gyms and worked at gyms where I’ve never seen the staff clean. So as long as you continue to do that, I’m fine with coming in. I like the touchless check in. However, you guys still aren’t open I haven’t figured out why. Every other gym is open and so is YouFit Mesquite. :( I would just like to return to my workout routine.

Just that all the people clean the machines or Weights after used it, hand sanitizer!
Before you were forced to close, I noticed the upkeep that was maintained in disinfecting the machines and other equipment with wiping them down, and spraying them with Lysol after each use. I hope you continue to maintain the same effort.

I cancelled my individual membership because I was told I had to to that in order to sign-up for the crew membership. So technically, I just changed my type of membership.
