During Covid19 you were closed. But you kept charging my Credit Card. There was no way to reach you.(YouFit) . So i disputed each charge. Finally the Credit Card company told me drop you on the card or They would close my account. They told me you couldn't charge me for services you couldn't deliver. So I took you off the card to prevent any damage to my credit rating.

YouFit Taft Street HAS never called or mailed or Emailed me any info that they had re opened. NOTHING! So I've just been hanging out waiting for some info that you had reopened so I could go there and do whatever it is I need to do to get the membership started again.

I loved going there. It was a very clean friendly place to work out.

I have total confidence that Youfit will keep the gym safe and clean for the members as well as staff by adhering to local as well as CDC guidelines
