Nothing i have not cancel

I didn't want to cancel..I was forced by youfit to cancel my membership.

I've been a member for more than 5 years, employee are friendly and gym is clean

More or less on march I spoke with an employee at the front desk that my son just turned 13, that I wanted to invite him to the gym to see if He likes it, I've been in the plan of 10$ for for than 5 years, so to be able to do that I most switch to 20$ plan. He explained to.me in case My son didnt like it, I could go back to 10$ as I use to be, so I changed the plan..my son only assisted the Gym twice because the Covid 19.

On 07/02/20.I went to the gym after been closed to.workout and I spoke to the front desk agent Rossie that my son is not gonna go.anymore.. Or at least until this gets better.. So I need it to go back to the 10$

She said to me that I can't go back to 10$ because the gym is not accepting new 10$ membership anymore ..and the reason was to cut the amount of people inside the gym because the COVID 19.

I understand the idea.. But that was really ridiculous and something absurd because it doesnt apply to me..
Ex if the gym has 500 members..I wont be the 501.. Because I was already a loyal member for more than 5 years.. even having the option here.in homestead of PLANET FITNESS and WORKOUT 24/7 ANYTIME.. 10$ a month and near from.my house..

So you guys gave me not options but to cancel..because I dont use other gym..because I dont bring any friends so why to pay 20$ specialty these days been even layoff.. So I asked to cancel

By the way.. The refound most be 106.96$. And you have it the in record, after more than 3 1/2 months of waiting I only received on sept 23.. 80.22$.. This disrespectful..
