I DIDN'T cancel. I was told I could put my account on hold until December. I am looking forward to coming back. So I am confused.

I live with my mother who is 85 years old and can't take a chance of contracting the covid virus and then passing it on to her.

I am a Canadian snowbird and cancelled when we had to leave Florida. I will renew annually when we can safely return to Florida

Just being able to workout freely again. The gym is already super clean and spacious. I have no concerns.

If you were to clean machines after someone uses them. To tell you the truth I really don't have a fear of the virus, so it does not matter

What makes you feel comfortable returning?

I feel comfortable coming back to get my refund because I got a membership and less than three hours later the gym closed. The manager promised that it was going to remain open so he could sell me a membership. On top of the manager lying to me, customer service has been atrocious. I want my money back because I only had one workout and they lied to me in order to sign me up.

What makes you feel comfortable returning?

Our location is already clean and well- maintained. Staff is constantly wiping down or vacuuming during our visits. Plenty of space to workout without feeling crowded.
