I cancelled my membership because I was being charged a monthly membership fee when the facility was closed due to COVID-19.
I was told I would receive a refund for the months of March, April, May and June of 2020. I still have not received the refund.
Can someone please let me know when the refund will be issued.
Also, I used the facility during my lunch break. I would like to return, but I understand the showers are still closed, when do you anticipate the showers being re-opened?
Trust in disinfection procedures performed by YouFit staff and belief that the gym still won't be very crowded to start off with.
Make bringing a towel mandatory, I've seentoo many times people working out and sweating profusely and don't have a towel and don't wipe down the machine.
Also machines should be wiped down after each use.
I really look forward to coming back.
I just need to workout regardless.
Understanding what to do and what not to do
Maybe a bit extra on the cleaning. To be honest I would just like the gym to reopen, it's been to long.
