I was offered a special promotional membership a few years ago and every time it was time for me to renew my membership, your club staff would simply offer me the same promotion. No questions asked. But now when I needed to renew this time around, they said they couldn’t honor that promotion. It is disappointing because given the state of all gyms during this pandemic, I’d figure it would be in your guys best interest to keep a member at your gym. Not letting one go. I’m sure they could have honored my past membership but I always have problems with the management in the Kendall YouFits. I love YouFit though. I’m a loyal member. It’s just unfortunate this happened I guess. I’ll just go elsewhere.

Its a gym. Most people who enter one are healthy. But there can be some people who carry the covid-19 virus and not have any symptoms but can be spread to other members. I understand the risk of opening too soon without considering all the possibilities. But members can wear gloves, face mask, and Youfit can email all members of the new rules of social distancing before reopening.

Limited number of people by appointment only with separated exercise machines..no longer than a 45 - 60 minutes.
