During the covid, youfit continued to charge me for services they were not providing, all other competitors DID NOT charge there members, then made it difficult to cancel as you had togo to the actual gym to cancel, which was closed. 
They should have suspended withdrawals until gym reopened 
Too Risky & I am 62 and in the past, I have suffered from asthma pneumonia, and bronchitis, I am very healthy now due to my healthy diet and exercise and want to keep it that way. So for now I am using my home exercise equipment. Maybe 2021 possibly 2022 before I will feel safe to be in confined spaces with multiple people especially young people that carry COVID 19 and don't know it & with NO symptoms!

I have been on furlough and can not afford the expense. 
Also, because of the pandemic, I am looking for ways to do things at home and avoid go out unless it is a necessity. 
Social distancing and wiping down all equipment. All people working out need to be held accountable for cleaning equipment.
Knowing my gym is always kept clean and that I will take the necessary precautions to stay safe while working out.

I miss my gym!  It's a very important part of my physical and mental wellness. 
The fact that you are implementing new procedures to keep everyone safe, especially by limiting capacity. Hopefully there will be a way to find out when is a good time to workout with an appointment system or something.
I hope youfit will make it mandatory for everybody to wear some kind of mask to prevent any spread of covid19! I also hope youfit will still be open 24hrs during the weekday so there would be less interaction with people in the late evening.(after midnight)

All the fans working (air circulation) -- People separated on the machines (for example, 2 eliptical machines empty between us) -- Spray disinfectant available for hand held weights -- Disinfecting the machines more often (every hour?)

I know the precautions for germs that were taken before this virus. I feel confident that the staff will be vigilant for the safety of the clients along with themselves. I sincerely hope the trainers the wipe equipment off prior to working with a client and as they move along to different equipment, things are continued to be wiped off. Additionally, whoever maintains the spray bottles of disinfectant, continue make sure the bottles are working properly and filled along with the paper towels. Also wearing masks.
 
   
  
COVID. I sent a letter to cancel when closures first happened in March 2020. I was told by the person who said they were the manager that I would receive a cancellation and a refund for March. It is now October 2020. I just received an email that my account and that of my daughter was canceled. I received a nonsense reasoning a month ago as to why it has taken over 6 months to cancel and refund me. Her answer was that YOUFIT, has just reached the July cancellations and refunds. UNACCEPTABLE ANSWER. Give me my refund! This is unprofessional.
