I had a very severe accident and was unable to come to the gym. I was told that if I put my membership on hold, I would have to pay $5 per month for as long as I needed it on hold, which was nearly a year. I decided that it would be better to just cancel. I would like to start up again, but you have changed the memberships and it is not financially feasible with Covid-19 looming about.

I feel that the amount of time spent at home on lock down plus enforcing social distancing in the gym has made for a safer environment.

Your plan for reopening sounds fine to me. I think it's important to get back to working out.
