The same Sylvan quality, only now online with a skilled tutor, Edward, remotely during this shelter-in-place time.
The director and staff are all very responsive. I have appreciated their quick and thorough evaluation and their offer of programs to meet my needs. I signed up right when the shelter in place took effect, and we started with virtual sessions. It has worked great, and it has been one important way that my daughter has continued learning in this time of virtual classrooms.
Kelsey’s Sylvan teacher Maggie has kept Kelsey engaged, and Kelsey actually enjoys going to each session. I have no problem getting her to sign on for Maggie’s lesson, and that is a big plus! Moreover, Kelsey has told me that Maggie is teaching her things that she missed or did not understand in class, and this has helped her to catch up and be ready for when she returns to school.
Very responsive staff and very well organized. My daughter likes her tutor a lot. She is doing really well in math and is able to continue her studies during shelter in place.
