I currently have two kids doing Mathnasium. I have heard great things from friends for years about this program. Among the many positives, most appealing to us was that it increased their children’s Math preparedness for middle school. Since COVID, we jumped on the Mathnasium bandwagon and our only regret is that we didn’t do it sooner. Our rising fifth grade son is one who enjoys the 'social' aspect of school. In the past, math has not been one of his strong points so we thought we'd try out Mathnasium to help him get caught up and to keep his math skills fresh over the summer months as well. Our son walked into his first session with dread and he walked out saying, "It was not that bad. Actually, it was much better than I thought it'd be. Well....I really had fun!"
Mathnasium has always worked with My son to help him do better with his math skills. They are patient and know what they are doing. In addition the center director and owner both truly care about each student and it shows!
My kids are really enjoying the At Home lessons. I believe they are learning more & building their confidence at the same time. I’m especially grateful for the super nice tutors. The Mathnasium team is adept at providing continued learning during this time of rapid change and uncertainty. My daughter is getting more weekly math practice and instruction with Mathnasium than she does with her own school's distance learning.
