Shenice and Breanna are great. They give my mother very good care and spend time talking to her too. I wish I could get them all the time!

The reason it's not a 10 is that occasionally I'll get a caregiver who stays on her phone the whole time, and a couple of times got one who couldn't do the physical tasks that are nearly impossible for me. Once in a while when someone calls in sick you can't find a replacement -- that is understandable, but once in a while someone, probably a new girl, just doesn't show.

Overall I'm satisfied and I like how you don't require long term contracts and do your best to accommodate if something comes up and my schedule changes.

The young lady who came and took care was knowledgeable and smart. She helped me get all my appts together and went with me to each of them, to make sure I understood what I was supposed to do. She shared valuable knowledge. And was helpful.

They are also good sports never knowing what unusual things we may do each day. I love them all and thank them for their friendship.
