Your employees are polite, service is good, My only beef is about your app, /Every time I try to make an appointment, somehow I get into a loop. I start out on the Douglasville site but later it goes back to choose your store, And I just give up doing the same thing again. But if I persevere, it still gives me problems and I give up!

Angela keeps the Douglasville store operating. She is the talent that keeps faithful and resourced clients returning. Keeping the store out of power for weeks at a time is not only disrespectful to the clientele but more to your loyal employees who keep the franchise’s making money.

My last hair cut wasn’t what I wanted. I like a line up with a square off on both sides. She didn’t do that. She wanted me to focus on my sides line-up, behind my ear smh . I been a customer since December 2024. Definitely coming back. I think I just need to find two good barbers in there.
