I like my monthly haircut with Marlen. However, I don’t like your reservation system - unless I haven’t yet figured it out, it seems like I have to wait until “the day” to get an appointment. I like to be able to set up “next Tuesday at 12:00” for example and not wait until Tuesday morning.
