It was fast and exactly what I needed.
I had previously supplied the feedback that I was unhappy with having to tell the stylist every visit how I wanted my hair cut, like it was my first visit every visit. It seems like my concern was addressed because now each time I visit, the stylist confirms my preference. So I'm pleased with this improvement, and especially pleased that action appears to have been taken based on my feedback. Well done, Sports Clips!
It is always a great experience when I visit the store. My stylist, Phalon, was outstanding. She was friendly and did a great job with my haircut. I highly recommend this location to my friends and family.
It is always friendly service at this location, and every stylist I have gotten has been great. I haven't had the same experience at some other SportsClips locations (nothing bad, just maybe not as cheerful), but at the Hiram location, I have always gotten someone upbeat, skillful, and overall just good at what they do. The crew there seems to get along, also, and it has created a good positive vibe. I like that I can check in while on my way there, so I haven't typically had to spend a lot of time waiting unless I just didn't plan ahead on a busy day.

Jennie did such an awesome job for my young son. He was scared to get all of his hair chopped off but he was ready to go for it as long as it would look like he wanted specifically.. and she knocked it out of the park! He was super excited about his new hair cut, he loves it! Will definitely be back and requesting Jennie. She definitely knows what's she's doing and does a fantastic job!

I go to Sport Clips for one reason only: Elise. She has changed locations and works to fill gaps at other locations, but I go where she goes. Sometimes it has meant travel times as much as 50 minutes. She is the best stylist I have ever experienced. She is friendly, listens to my requests, remembers my particulars, and gives a great haircut. Hats off to Elise. She is the best!
I like the service and haircut.
But I have been going to Sport Clips for more than 8 years and they still do not know how to cut my hair. I have to tell them every time. Why don't you have some type of database so the stylist can just see how you want it.
Bring back the punch card. You canceled it without notice and I had only a couple punches left for my next reward.
