Giving Nicole a 10/10 as she was super helpful in fixing my son's haircut. She is very sweet, a good listener, and I really appreciate the time she took in correcting the previous stylist's mistakes.
On Tuesday of this week, the 4th, I came in with my 3 year old son to get his haircut. Typically the manager, Hope, cuts his hair, and she does a great job, but she wasn't there that day. I needed to get his hair cut since it was really grown out and his birthday was the next day. I explained to the stylist, Qualiti, that this was an important haircut, since it was for his birthday tomorrow. But she was unfortunately not a very good listener. When I tried to explain how important this haircut was, she interrupted me and said, “Honey, I’m an artist.” When I asked her if we could please go slowly, since she can always take more hair off, but can’t put it back, she said, “Let’s just get this done.” I continually tried to explain what I wanted, and she continually asked me to go sit down, which I found really rude. So she very quickly cut his hair the way she wanted to, and she liked it. (I honestly don’t understand when a stylist cuts the hair the way THEY want to, when it’s not their hair.) However, I left upset because his hair is too short, which makes him look much older, and it was stuck that way for his 4th birthday. In addition it was cut very unevenly and looked terrible. To her she’s just trying to check off the next person, but we were getting an important haircut for a big day. Very frustrating and upsetting! It was an awful experience.
Abbey was great, gave me an awesome cut and you cant beat the MVP as a dude who needs to get cleaned up on a budget.

Cass (at 635 Dacula Rr, in Dacula GA) is always offering the best experience, changing your whole mental state. If you're down and out, if you're upset, if you're having a bad day put the zoloft down and go ask Cass for an mvp treatment (hot towel, cold towel, scalp massage) . She is more than a hairdresser, she is a great listener, a therapist, a mood improver. And obviously your hair will look nothing short of amazing.

Amanda is the reason that we began going to this Sport Clips. She makes every customer feel like they are the one she was hoping to see that day. She moves with skill and efficiency, but we never feel like we are being rushed. On top of all of that, we have never had a bad haircut with her!

After losing my stylist of 12 years, I tried Sport Clips. The cut I got on my first visit was okay. On my second visit, I got Noelle. She did a great job! She will be my go to from now on.
