Loved the instructor
Clean facility
The instructors, especially ours (Emma) kind, patient, sweet, playful yet gets the lesson done physically and mentally for the kids. Generally kids needs that playfulness and patience to help them trust and have that chemistry with the person teaching them. I appreciate that from most of the instructors they’ve had for Makeups as well.
My kids love their swim instructors. They are patient, kind, and very attentive. They pay attention to my kids level and communicates very well.
I love how the staff greets Ava as we walk in and out. Everyone is so nice and the place is always clean!
Just want to say that we absolutely adore Chris at the front desk. He is incredibly patient with our family and always helps us out so much! We would not be with SafTSwim as long as we have been without him and appreciate him greatly!!!! Thank you for everything Chris!!!!!
Our instructor Michelle was very nice and good with the kids. I liked that my son could do a group session with his friends. He really enjoyed it and we will be back again when our schedule allows!
My son is having an amazing experience at Safety swim in Melville. He has learned so much from swimming lessons. All the instructors are extremely friendly, and they really know how to engage my son with his lessons. Best investment you can give to child.

Attentive teachers
The instructor was very patient with crying toddler and the swim exercises done were good for swim safety. Water temperate is also very comfortable for a toddler.

My son is on the spectrum, and I can’t express how much comfort and confidence he feels with Carlos. Carlos is kind, patient, and incredibly dedicated. His genuine care for his students and his work is evident every single week. You’re truly fortunate to have him as part of your team.

Instructor was awesome
Miss Jenna and Miss Jess have done my daughter’s swim lessons since she was a baby. They have taught her invaluable lessons about water safety while making learning to swim fun for her! We are so grateful for all that they have done to teach Lainey and make her confident in the water.
Connor has been an EXCELLENT instructor for Imani. He is very personable and shared relatable swim experiences with her that eased overall concerns she had with failing a recent swim test. Each lesson Connor pushed Imani but made the lessons enjoyable. I cannot Thank him enough for being a huge factor in her gaining her confidence as a swimmer back which she lost when she failed her swim test. Imani was able to take a re-test and aced it. I am very grateful that Imani was able to be aligned to him. Connor is absolutely AWESOME!
Coach April and Coach Dylan give very good instructions and very patient.

My daughter, 7, has been swimming at Saf-T-Swim since she was almost 2. She had her moments of crying in the pool, but all of the instructors were calm and patient with her (and me), and I am proud to say that she is an advanced swimmer and absolutely loves the pool. I am so grateful for all of the instructors, including Claudia who is the baby whisperer and can get any child to love the water, as well as Nate, her most recent swim instructor, who continues to push her. My daughter went consistently for 3 years and now we come back for refreshers and the 1:1 experience. Saf-T-Swim has become our safe zone and we owe so much to them for all that they have done. From front desk to the pool, we feel like family and we are so grateful for everything that they have done for my daughter.
