They are kindly and friendly.
It was only my second Zumba class and my first time at Z Club. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. A woman personally took me to the locker room and the classroom, showed me the water fountain, etc. I'm a pretty poor dancer, but I didn't feel intimidated... just had fun! Nice facilities, welcoming environment.

The ease of the process
It's awesome, a workout that's intense, difficult, but still refreshing and so much fun. The instructor is personable, goes out of her way to make everyone feel welcomed and she challenges everyone. The music is a fun filled eclectic blend of pop, world music, with a few sassy oldies thrown in to get the heart rate pumping.
I love the convenience of the location and of course the amazing Zumba classes!
