Everyone is welcoming & no judgement.
The staff is what makes the programs. The staff is vigilant to adhere to regulations that keep everyone safe. The staff has a thorough knowledge of the activities and programs that are available. There are activities and/or programs for everyone. There is usually a staff member to answer questions or give instructions as requested for any individual or group. Since the early 90's, I've participated at the Eden Y mostly taking classes. The atmosphere is friendly and caring.

I like the personal recognition and the way the staff seems to care about all the members. They are friendly and outreaching. It makes you feel good when they ask about your health, family, etc. That's one of the greatest advantages of living in a small town!
The just feels like home. Everyone is polite and helpful! There is a place for everyone there.

It is still a great and christian atmosphere and a place that I can safely exercise. All of the staff are very friendly and helpful.

I love the morning classes with my senior friends. All of the instructors are so friendly and so helpful and encouraging to push us that we can make it.

My son have lots of fun,he meets new friends and it’s a great way to get out of the house specially with all of what’s going on right now.
My child gets to experience the fun of making new friends & playing with old friends, by enjoying his favorite sport, Soccer. He loves getting to learn how to hone his skills. I love that he has so many good memories to look back on, as well as his team learning good sportsmanship.
I love Spirit Fit!! This Bible study is so engaging and leads to Spirit filled conversations with wonderful Christ-minded people.
I am also enjoying Women on Weights! Learning to use the machines is something I have been wanting to do!

My wife and I like all that the Y has to offer. The staff makes the Y. We have made several good friends, here at the YMCA
Fun and friendly staff. Program times varied. I go to 530am class, that works well for me.
I like the fact that the Eden N. C. Y has a friendly, family atmosphere. This type of environment is inviting to people from all walks of life.
