There are alot of options to keep me active. There are several exercise classes. The wellness center has helpful staff and plenty of exercise equipment. I enjoy coming to this location.

The communication from the league organizer has been great, and I think the atmosphere of fun and sportsmanship is really good for the kids.

Joan is a terrific instructor - so specific in her instructions and critiques related to best form for maximum benefit from exercises. I wish the water fitness classes could have the pool for a dedicated time, at least the front part of the pool. Don't you close other spaces in the Y for classes and only let class participants use them?
If we only have a few participants, it's fine, but when we have 17-18 people in the water, it's very crowded, and we don't have enough room to do the exercises as intended.
Like pool and people. Would like to return to lane reservations so I know if I come I can swim
Fun, friendly staff, variety of activities
I need to stay active and these aquatic programs are just what I was looking for. I started the beginning of March on Tuesdays & Thursdays with Joan. She really gets the cardio going! The beginning of April, I switched to Monday-Wednesday-Friday with Kim & Zoey doing Aqua Jam because I thought I needed more and the idea of working out to music appealed to me. So far, Zoey is giving me the best workout I’ve experienced!

I like the inclusion regardless of age and ability. group exercise classes are purposeful and address health needs. participants are not made to feel embarrassed or inadequate because of physical limitations. There is terrific support, enthusiasm and encouragement.

I enjoy the Bryan facility and love some of the classes. I don't not think you should like the "virtual" classes on the website if the AV equipment doesn't work correctly for them. A staff member should check that the audio and the video is working for the classes you show, otherwise it's false advertising.
I like Pickleball and yoga classes.
Love Body Pump (wish it was offered a few more nights a week) and Yoga 1 with Makayla. When I joined, I expected to just work out on my own, but these classes have been a huge game changer for me. I WANT to come to the gym and I feel sad when I have to miss a class. Everyone is so welcoming and nice.
