I appreciate the diversity of membership at Bryan YMCA. This YMCA serves a lot of persons with disabilities and those who may not otherwise be able to afford a gym membership. I feel like my membership dues benefit the wider community, not just myself.

I love the water aerobics and since I've been coming there, I've strengthened my legs I've toned and I feel better.

All the activities are fun, lots of the equipment and easy to use, water sports….. maybe having massage staff maybe an option but I’m sure that would and should come with state/local/ Fed/ issues.
I grew up going to the YMCA so I've always loved it. The Y has everything I need to maintain a healthy active lifestyle and not get bored. It's the ultimate experience for me. I'm almost 60 now and it's just as fun as it was when I were younger. The YMCA caters to all ages which gives it a family friendly atmosphere but I love watching the seniors play pickle ball with such intensity! It's great! The location I joined has a nice view overlooking the city of Greensboro when you're upstairs walking/jogging on the track. It just feels good to be there, it's my happy place!
