Love this place!
The Y kept me sane when I had babies. The childcare was always great, and the classes were the best. That’s the only “me time” I ever got. We moved away for years and have recently moved back, and it’s as good as ever. My kids are much older but they actually enjoy hanging out in the childcare area still. The classes are still the best. Part of the reason we moved back to Navarre and not another area is because of the YMCA.
Well I can only speak prior to Covid but I loved the spin and Zumba classes. I recently had foot surgery and am working my way back to exercising. I am able to use the weight machines and ride the stationary bikes. I love that there are activities available to us at different levels of fitness.

Clean, well laid out facility, helpful and pleasant staff. Though we rarely use, the classes are are very good for seniors whatever your physical conditioning level.

Pool
Fun is important. Rules are learned during the sports programs but in a relaxed and positive environment. A variety of programs are offered. And now with the pool open, every age has the chance to enjoy the Y.

Deon McNair makes all of the activities a blast and family friendly. He never hesitated to jump in and be a team player. His enthusiasm and passion for serving others, especially the children, is absolutely contagious and inspiring.
Great variety of activities for kids of all ages!
We have done 2 seasons of volleyball and a season of soccer and really love the coaches and the programs. The head coordinator Deon is absolutely amazing with the kids and is all around an amazing person!
What I like is that all of the kids that attend the after school program are like a big family. They will probably all be life-long friends!
Group fitness classes are wonderful. There are many different types of classes available to everyone.
No matter what age group there are something to do
It's the one-stop shop for all your exercise classes. Instructors are superb and know what they are talking about. Couldn't ask for a better place to go.
