A lot of times the music is too loud, or it is heavy metal and unpleasant. Other than that, it is like my second home here.

Not that crowded and very clean
I’m a gym user and like that the space is high ceilinged which helps to prevent COVID-19 spread. I also like the window views while working out.
I have been coming for a few years now and certainly enjoy the senior fit classes and all the staff members are very helpful, friendly and professional.

I always love my time at the Y! In particular, my husband and I really enjoyed the Saturday morning Vinyasa yoga class! The instructor is absolutely incredible! We couldn't stay the whole time because my daughter (1) was having some trouble being away from us in the KidZone, but I really look forward to utilizing that more when she's more comfortable there :)

I like to be able to do my water workout in the open lane of the lap pool during the times designated in the schedule. It can be frustrating if I am in the middle of a workout and someone comes along to swim laps in the open lane, especially when there is room to do laps in one of the 3 lap lanes available.

What I like is quality and friendliness of staff
Great atmosphere for physical fitness in group setting. Instructors are motivated to challenge each participant to meet their goals and have encouraging and cheerful demeanors. Wish there were more group fitness classes in the early morning range of 5:45 am to be held in the gym while the pandemic is still raging. Still leary of attending classes in Pen Air and Greenhut rooms because of close proximity of participants and lack of a big space circulation like the gym.
I do not participate in them.

Like the Y. However upstairs always dusty dirty. Outside terrible. Mold running down front of building. Same trash for 3/4 days around building. We are rapidly turning the new Y into the old Y . Someone needs to start paying attention!!!!!
