Pickleball and swimming
I am fit for my age, thanks to the YMCA. Swimming three days a week boosts my fitness and gives me a great start to my day. My friends are swimming along with me, and the lifeguards are keeping us safe and happy.

Steam room and sauna are kept at good (high) temperatures. Exercise pool is large enough for many people, and is the right temp and depth.
The entire staff at theY are very friendly and helpful. I have been doing the senior fit classes for over 6 yrs now. All the instructors are very good. There is one that stands out to me and that is Michelle, she makes all classmates feel like family. Besides excerise, you meet alot of very nice people.

I like how there is child care and a variety of group classes, as well as swimming. The staff is very friendly and my two girls enjoy going to the kid zone!

I have really been enjoying attending classes at the YMCA Pensacola. I like the Senior Fit and Chair Yoga classes and will be trying Aqua Aerobics soon.

I love the swimming exercise classes. Laurie and Arlene do a good job. I just wish Laurie’s class was in the morning rather than 2 pm in the middle of the afternoon.
As I have said before, all the group classes that I normally attend more or less regularly: boot camp, body pump, body balance and spinning, are each lead by enthusiastic and dedicated instructors who want to make sure you have a healthy and invigorating experience. The instructors who sub for them are likewise dedicated and enthusiastic. My wife regularly attends Senior Fit and finds the camaraderie of her classmates and physical routines employed by her instructors very enjoyable.
