What do you like about our program and activities?

I enjoy the instructors & how they motivate u that u can do it!!! . The classes are great & they are prepared to give u 45 minutes or until it's over with. The customer service are Awesome!!! & I have meet a lot of nice people & we have network about our health among everything else. Spinning is my favorite I have been around town & I have founded the best instructor @ the YMCA every since the YMCA was located on Palafox street. I have been a member of several gyms around town, but always find my way back to the YMCA (Family oriented).

I have been a member going on three years During covid social distances worked out well. My wife liked the way the machines are spaced in the gym and hopes they stay there. I agree with her. In the main gym everybody shares the weights and equipment. They seem to respect each others space. Ayonna and her staff do great job.
