I'm not sure how to spell her name but the instructor Monday at 5:45, Beebie, was wonderful. I had never, ever done yoga and was very nervous but she made things easy to understand and helped me so I didn't feel out of place or foolish. I will definitely come back to her class!

The Rasa class was great, and Sarah was amazing. It was one of the best yoga classes I've been to in this area. I left feeling so uplifted and refreshed, and I've already started recommending Evolve to friends!

The variety of yoga classes and the availability to all levels
The instructor, Nicole, and the facility is nice. The equipment is in good working order most of the time. Occasionally the straps needs to be replaced on the reformers, or one or 2 of the chairs are squeaky.....other than that. Good!

Everyone is very friendly and welcoming! I also like that everyone seems to take the sessions seriously, like they are all focused and getting something out of being there. The instructor that I had, Rachel, was awesome as well!

Tiffany Ingersoll is great and I very much appreciate her willingness to see me early in the morning before I go to work. I feel that my sessions with Tiffany are helping me tremendously.
Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. The space was clean and organized. I enjoyed the yoga class and since it was the workshop it was calming and fun with sangria and socializing!!! great place!
